The first step in making your dream home a reality is a free consultation. Meeting a contractor that complements your personality and desires is crucial.
Preconstruction Design
Weather your custom home or renovations are already designed, or a design build is in the works, JLJ Construction is behind you every step of the way.
Design & Construction Estimate
Pricing begins during the design process. Working with a contractor during the architectural review process can help eliminated cost overruns before you spend unwanted funds designing a project that is out of your budget. After the project is designed, it is time for our team to crunch the numbers. Always with your vision in mind, JLJ Construction will present you with a cost estimate to complete your project.
Contract
Now that you have come this far, you are in the position to make a decision if JLJ Construction is the right choice for you. If the answer is yes, an owner/contractor agreement will be prepared for you to sign.
Construction
As crews begin construction on your new home, we will walk with you every step of the way. Weather it be ground-up projects or a remodel, JLJ Construction will keep you informed and answer any questions you may have during this phase. We will never step beyond our scope without your prior written approval.
